Terms of Service

You give us a few details — who the clip is for, a name or nickname, why they’re getting roasted, and how long it should run. We use AI to write a script, turn that script into a synthetic voice recording, and give you a link you can share and a file you can download.

The service is offered for entertainment. It is not advice of any kind, and nothing it produces should be relied on as factual.

You must be at least 13 years old to use TigerMomSays. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the permission of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf. You may not use the service if we have previously blocked you from it.

TigerMomSays is currently free. Each visitor can create 5 clips every 12 hours, counted per network address. We may change, reduce, or remove that allowance, add paid options, or limit access at any time.

You may not use scripts, bots, proxies, or multiple addresses to get around these limits, and you may not resell access to the service.

The names, reasons, and free-text you type stay yours. You give us permission to use that input for as long as we host your clip, and only for the purpose of running the service: sending it to our AI providers to write and voice the script, storing the result, and delivering it to whoever opens your link.

You are responsible for what you submit. By submitting it you confirm you have the right to do so and that it does not break the rules below.

The point of the product is a joke between people who are in on it. Do not use TigerMomSays to:

• harass, threaten, bully, stalk, or intimidate anyone, or create a clip about someone who you know would not want to receive it;
• attack a person or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or any other protected characteristic;
• submit someone else’s sensitive personal information — health details, financial details, government identifiers, precise location, or anything similar;
• impersonate a real person, or present a clip as a genuine statement by a real individual or organization;
• create sexual content, content involving minors, or content that encourages self-harm, violence, or illegal activity;
• infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
• probe, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service, or attempt to access data that isn’t yours.

We may refuse a request, remove a clip, or block access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe these rules have been broken. We also apply automated checks to scripts before they are voiced, and those checks may reject a request.

Scripts and voices are generated by AI models. The voice is synthetic. It is not a recording of a real person and does not represent a real person’s views.

AI output is unpredictable. A clip may be inaccurate, nonsensical, repetitive, or land differently than you intended, and similar inputs may produce similar outputs for different people. We do not promise any particular result, tone, or quality, and we don’t claim the output is original or unique to you. Review a clip before you send it — once you share it, you are responsible for it.

You may download your clip and share it privately with friends, in a group chat, or on your own social accounts. Commercial use — advertising, resale, monetized media, training or fine-tuning AI models, or synthetic-voice products — is not permitted without our written agreement, because our upstream voice provider’s terms also apply to the audio.

Don’t remove or alter the file’s metadata to hide that the audio is AI-generated, and don’t present it as a real recording of a real person.

Every clip gets a long, randomly generated link. The link is not listed anywhere and we ask search engines not to index it, but anyone who has the link can listen to the clip. Treat it as semi-public and share it only with people you mean to.

Share links stop working about 48 hours after the clip is created. If you want to keep a clip, download the file. We do not keep backups for you, we cannot restore an expired link, and we may delete clips or take the service down at any time.

If a clip is about you, uses your name, or otherwise shouldn’t exist, email hello@tigermomsays.com with the link and we will review it and take it down where appropriate. The same address handles intellectual property and other legal notices.

The TigerMomSays name, the site, its design, copy, prompts, and underlying software are ours and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms don’t give you any right to use our branding, copy our site, or reverse-engineer the service.

We rely on third parties to host the site, generate scripts, synthesize speech, store audio, and prevent abuse. Their availability and behavior are outside our control. What they receive and how we use them is described in our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that clips will be available for any period, or that any output will be accurate or suitable for your purposes. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither TigerMomSays nor anyone involved in creating or delivering the service will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost clips, or damage to reputation or relationships, arising out of or relating to your use of the service — even if we have been advised that such damages are possible.

Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred United States dollars (US$100).

You agree to indemnify and hold TigerMomSays harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising out of what you submit to the service, how you use or share a clip, or your breach of these terms or of anyone else’s rights.

We may change the service or these terms. When we change the terms we will update the date at the top of this page, and material changes take effect when posted. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access at any time, including for breaking the rules above. The sections on your content, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and governing law survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for any dispute that isn’t resolved informally, except that either party may seek injunctive relief where appropriate. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
